Talivida Creations (OPC) Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Learnobia Exam Prep mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is designed to comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our educational services and ensure app stability.

A. Personal Information

When you create an account or use our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including:

  • Name: To address you and manage your user profile.
  • Phone Number: For authentication (OTP) and account recovery.
  • Email Address: For login, communication, and support.
  • Age: To customize the learning experience and ensure content appropriateness.

B. Non-Personal Information & Crash Logs

We collect data regarding app performance to identify bugs and improve stability. This includes:

  • Crash Reports: If the app malfunctions, we receive a log that helps us fix the issue.
  • App Interaction Data: Basic data on which features (like Quizzes or AI Tutor) are used, to help us improve the app flow.

Note on Device IDs: We do not collect persistent device identifiers (such as IMEI, MAC address, or Advertising ID) for the purpose of tracking users across other apps or websites.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Provision: To create your account, provide access to mock tests, and track your progress (Focus Index).
  • AI Tutor: To process your queries within the AI Tutor feature for concept clarification.
  • Communication: To send you important updates regarding your account or support responses.
  • App Improvement: To analyze crash logs and fix technical issues.

3. App Permissions

Our App requires minimal permissions to function:

  • Internet Access: Required to fetch exam content, sync progress, and enable AI features.

We do not request permissions for your camera, microphone, location, or contacts.

4. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), such as cloud hosting or crash reporting tools. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

  • Google Play Services: Used for app distribution and core functionality.
  • Generative AI Providers: Used to power the "AI Tutor" feature. Data sent to the AI is for processing queries only.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Requirement, users have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

  • How to Request Deletion: You can request full account and data deletion by contacting us directly. You do not need to have the app installed to make this request.
  • Email: Send a request to admin@learnobia.com or support@talividacreations.com.
  • Subject Line: Please use "Request for Account Deletion" as the subject.
  • Process: We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and all associated personal data (Name, Phone, Email, Age, and Progress Logs) from our servers within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for students preparing for competitive exams (e.g., NEET, UPSC). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

7. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We implement standard industry security measures to protect your personal information during transmission and storage. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

THIS APPLICATION IS NOT ENDORSED BY, AFFILIATED WITH, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY OR OFFICIAL EXAMINATION BODY. Any collection of data is solely for the purpose of providing educational practice material and performance tracking within the Learnobia platform.
